b. Promotional terms may apply and will be outlined during applicable promotional periods on the checkout page. If the Client was gifted a membership, the terms outlined herein will still apply, and the Client confirms this agreement constitutes a legally binding exchange.
c. In exchange for payment, The Club agrees to provide the services outlined in the Membership Details and any Addendum provided.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
a. The Client is subscribing to The Business Socialite Club, which includes access to educational resources, group mentoring sessions, and a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
b. The Client confirms they have reviewed the details of the membership and conducted any necessary research to understand what is included.
c. The Club does not replace personalized business, legal, or medical advice. If the Client requires specific support in these areas, they are encouraged to seek professional assistance outside the scope of The Club.
PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES
a. The Club may offer promotions, bonuses, or additional services to encourage new sign-ups or upgrades to annual memberships. Such promotions may include specific terms and conditions that the Client agrees to upon participation.
b. The pricing and deliverables of The Club may change at The Club’s sole discretion. Any changes will apply to future memberships or renewals, not existing subscriptions during the current billing cycle.
CONFIDENTIALITY
a. The Client acknowledges that by joining The Club, they gain access to proprietary materials, trade secrets, and intellectual property, including written, verbal, and video resources. This information is confidential and cannot be shared, copied, or repurposed without explicit written permission.
b. Any breach of confidentiality, including sharing proprietary information or using it as one’s own, may result in legal action.
TESTIMONIALS AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
a. The Client may voluntarily provide testimonials about their experience with The Club. The Club reserves the right to use such testimonials, including the Client’s name and likeness, for marketing purposes without compensation.
b. Content posted by the Client on social media platforms, including comments or feedback shared with The Club, may be repurposed for promotional use. By participating in The Club, the Client agrees to grant The Club a perpetual, irrevocable license to use such content.
PAYMENT TERMS
a. Monthly Membership: The Client will be charged R497 monthly via the payment method provided during registration.
b. Payments will be automatically deducted based on the billing frequency chosen during registration. The Client must ensure their payment details remain current to maintain uninterrupted access.
c. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access. After 60 days of non-payment, the Client’s membership will be cancelled. If the Client wishes to rejoin, they must do so at the prevailing membership rates.
AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS
a. Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless cancelled.
b. To cancel, the Client must email [email protected] with the subject line “Membership Cancellation” at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
c. If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before renewal, the Client will be charged for the next billing period, and access will terminate at the end of that cycle.
GIFTED MEMBERSHIPS
a. Gifted memberships are final sale and non-refundable.
b. Recipients must activate their gifted membership within six months of purchase. After the initial term, recipients will be charged the current membership rate unless they cancel their membership.
GENERAL POLICY

REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund, Clients must:
